People was established in 2005 with a quest to change the
look of those boring stationeries. The dearth of Singaporean
designed products, especially in the stationery scene, prompted
the lone designer in the team to act. By incorporating pop-culture/
haute couture inspired designs into his works; Paper People
has found a niche in the industry. Within a span of 3 years,
Paper People has in grown in popularity and now has its
product ventures to printing and design services. With an
enormous amount of requests and thirst for personalized
notebooks to namecards and corporate gifts, Paper People
is proud to introduce its new link called DESIGN/PRINT SERVICES.

How
do I print using your services?
You
may choose to email us your artwork either in eps, tiff
or freehand file PATH file.For tiff file it should be
at least 300 DPI. We do not accept Microsoft Word/Excel,
Jpeg or Gif format. You have to include your specification
if you choose to have special detailings for example UV
spot varnish or hot stamping. Please also include your
name and contact number.
What
happened next?
After we have received your email, we will issue out a
receipt invoice of your order via email whereby you will
be requested to make your 50% payment for your deposit.
The printing and designing processes will only begin after
payment have been made.
Is
there any deposit before the printing?
There
is a 30% - 50% deposit payable before we can proceed with
the printing. You can either go down to our shop at Far
East Plaza or bank transfer through our bank account once
we confirmed with the artwork. Our other mode of payment
is through paypal. please visit www.paypal.com. email

What
are your mode of payment?
We
accept bank transfer and paypal.
Is
it safe to bank tansfer?
You can either come to our shop at Far East Plaza to pay
your deposit or transfer us via paypal
if you already have an account. PAPER PEOPLE have been
established for more than 4 years with a prestigious amount
of awards and magazine endorsements. Please feel free
to contact us at 6773 8517 to find out more. For International
orders, we only accept paypal.
What
should I do with cases requiring special font?
We
advised our clients to convert their artwork to PATH file
from freehand or tiff format of 300 DPI. If you are not
familiar with this process, we request our clients to
print out a blow up text as so we can duplicate them using
our graphic software.
Is there any other hidden cost or charges?
Basically
7% for government service taxes (GST). That's all.
Are
there any discounts for large orders?
Yes
there is. Please do email or contact us to find out more.
What
happen if i don't collect my printing?
We
will keep it for 2 months whereby it will be discarded
or sold in the shop after that.
Are there any Artwork/Drafting
fees for reprints?
As
long as there are no changes to the details, price will
be the same.
Do I get to
see a sample printout before the printing?
We
will email a PDF preview of the final art. We can also
arrange for printout upon request.
Do you provide Pantone Colour printing?
Currently,
we only offer CMYK printing. To provide Pantone Colour
requires higher investment and more resources so we are
unable to provide this service.
Will I receive a confirmation after sending in my designed
draft or artwork?
Definitely.
It is our top priority to inform our clients of the confirmation
before we proceed.

I'm sorry it took me such a long time to get this email
to you. Took me 2wks of rest after the wedding. Ok, the
book looked very nice and my sister is really happy with
it & will probably cherish it her whole marriage life!
A lot of people signed in it too!
Just a few thoughts though - I think you should insist your
customer give you a picture that has an appropriate megapixel
because that was the only thing that made the book less
prettier (my bad entirely!). And the next time I order from
you, good pixelled picture is top priority!! =)
In any case, we all love the book and will order more and
pass your contact around, insyallah.
